Before Colorado spends billions on trains instead of highway expansion, let's see if the people really want mass transit for skiing, hiking, and camping...
Let's try FREE ski buses!
Billions of dollars for trains is a lot of money, and the tracks will take years to build. Before we commit ourselves, why not see if people will actually use the trains?

With less than one tenth of one percent of the train's budget, and in time for the 2009 ski season, we could have 160 luxurious motor coaches carrying 24,000 riders daily and eliminating 16,000 cars from I-70. Look at that again: 16,000 cars!

We need to reject opinion polls and think-tank conclusions and find the facts: Do people vote for transit to ride it themselves, or in the hope other people will ride it?

Let's see how many people will actually ride it. Just to make it easier, let's make the buses FREE and more CONVENIENT than the train would actually be!

This site takes less than five minutes to read -- take a look and decide for yourself.

This site is not the product of a corporation, a think tank, or a politically-appointed committee. I'm just a Colorado resident willing to do some research and a little math. I actually like trains but I think we ought to do an easy test to decide if trains really accomplish what we want.
